I hope I'll be seeing some of you soon at one of the state conventions. I'll be keynoting an address at New York State Reading in Saratoga Springs on November 9th, doing a couple days of workshops and addresses at the Wisconsin State Convention on February 3rd and 4th and the New Jersey State Reading in Parsippany, NJ on March 23rd. More about my consulting. My first novel for children is due to be released in spring of 2001 and I've another one almost finished. Exciting news from Susan Hirschman at Greenwillow Books. She's agreed to publish my first picture book, loosely based on the life of my father. The working title is Rocks in His Head. We'll keep you up to date on its progress. It's been a busy and productive year with more good things to come. See you on the road.
